Built around how a massage studio runs

The everyday things that eat a therapist's time — handled.

Customers book online at any hour

Your booking page takes bookings day and night, so someone who decides at 11 pm books there and then. Bookings you take by phone go into the same calendar.

Regulars booked weeks ahead

A client who comes every week or every month? Book the whole run in one go — up to 52 visits — so their usual time is theirs before they leave.

Every therapist on their own hours

One works mornings, another only evenings, a third three days a week. Customers are only offered the times each therapist actually works, and time off comes off the booking page too.

Thai massage only with the therapist who does it

Say who does each massage — Thai, deep tissue, hot stone — and customers booking online only see the therapists who do it.

Time to reset the room between clients

Give each massage fifteen minutes after it and nobody can book that time — enough to change the linen and air the room, and the room stays held too.

No online cancelling at the last minute

Choose the window — 24 hours, say. Inside it, customers are asked to contact you instead, or you let them cancel after a warning and it's recorded as late. Nothing is charged.

Booking page

Your own booking page, ready from day one

Customers book at bookodile.com/your-studio, from your Instagram bio, Google or a text message. No app, no account, any hour. And it books the way your studio works:

  • Each therapist on their own hours
  • A different price per therapist
  • A different length per therapist
  • Several services in one booking, with different therapists
  • Extras offered while they book
  • Works with your rooms, couples room included
  • Announcements and promotions
  • Reviews on the page
  • Email reminders
  • Customers reschedule themselves

Website

A massage studio website that updates itself

It's where people find you, and every Book button on it opens your booking page. It's built from your booking setup, so a new price, therapist or opening hour reaches both within minutes.

No-shows

Fewer no-shows, without chasing anyone

Every booking gets a confirmation and a reminder by email — the day before, two hours before, or both, as you choose. Each one has a link to cancel, so a client who can't make it frees the time instead of just not turning up. SMS too, on a paid plan.

The reminder email a client gets the day before: the massage, the extra, the time, the studio's address, View booking, and a link to cancel

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers that come back as bookings

A massage is one of the most given presents. Take the payment the way you're paid today, create the voucher, and the recipient types its code when they book. Anything left stays on it for the next visit, and one list shows what's left on every voucher.

Client preferences

Their pressure, their injuries, their oils — on file

Keep a note on each client's card — firm pressure, a sore shoulder, no lavender oil — next to every visit they've had and who it was with. The next therapist reads it before the massage, not after.

Rooms

More therapists than rooms, and no clashes

Each massage takes a room, and Bookodile never books more rooms than you have — so five therapists share three without a double booking, and a hot stone massage only goes to a room set up for it. Even couples massage works: the couples room holds two bookings at once, each with its own therapist.

Resources at a massage studio: Room 1, Room 2 and a couples room taking two at a time, each with the massages that need it

Reviews and feedback

More good reviews, without pestering anyone

After each visit the customer gets one email — not three. In it: a one-tap star rating, a private word for you and a button to review you on Google. Nobody is asked for a Google review twice, and nobody needs an account. More stars where new customers choose a massage, and you hear about a problem before it becomes a one-star review.

Stars on your booking page and website

Customers tap a star in the email and they're done. Show the rating on your booking page and website, and reply in public or privately. You can't hide the bad ones — which is why people trust the good ones.

AI Chat

Run the studio by asking

Set up the whole studio from one message — therapists, massages, prices, times and rooms — and keep asking as the week goes on, typed or spoken. Every change is shown to you before it happens, and anything customers read is written in your booking page's language.

We're five therapists, two rooms and a couples room. Classic massage €45, 60 minutes. Thai massage €65, 90 minutes — only Linh does it.

Sets up the therapists, massages, prices and times, which ones need a room, and who does Thai massage — and asks about anything you left out.

Daniel is off sick tonight. Give his clients to whoever is free.

Finds a free colleague who does each massage, shows you the plan first, and writes the note to customers in your booking page's language.

Why is Tuesday morning so empty?

Looks at your hours, who is in, the rooms and the bookings that day, and tells you in plain words why there's nothing to book — and offers to fix it.

Block my lunch from 14:00 to 14:45 every weekday.

Sets up one repeating block and shows you the next few days first. Bookings already in that time stay put — it tells you which.

Write a short description for our hot stone massage.

Writes it in your booking page's language and puts it straight on the service, with Undo.

Who changed the price of the Thai massage?

Answers from the activity log: what it was, what it became, who changed it and when.

Questions massage studios ask

Can new clients fill in a health or intake form?

Not in Bookodile — there are no intake forms. Many studios ask at the first visit or send their own form, and keep what matters in the client's note. How long you may keep health information differs by country, so check what yours requires.

Do you take card payments, deposits or prepayment?

No. Payment stays between you and your clients, and nobody pays when they book. A gift voucher can stand in for prepayment: its code comes off the total when they book. The Payments add-on records what each visit was paid.

Can we sell packages of five or ten massages?

Not as packages. A gift voucher worth the package's price works the same way: it comes off each booking until it's used up, and the list shows what's left.

Can a couple book a massage together?

Yes, as two bookings at the same time. Each person books their own massage in the couples room — a room for two, which holds both bookings — and each has their own therapist. One booking for two people isn't possible yet: the second person books separately, or your team adds it.

Can clients add extra time or a short extra when they book?

Yes. After the massage, the booking page offers the extras you choose — fifteen more minutes, a head massage — and each can carry its own discount. They're booked straight after the massage, so the time is right too.

Do you send SMS reminders?

Email confirmations and reminders are included in every account. SMS confirmations and reminders are an add-on that needs a paid plan, because each text is billed — monthly, with your plan.

What does it cost?

Bookodile is free for a studio with one location, up to 2 booking spots and 40 bookings a month — every add-on included, SMS aside. Beyond that you pay a base price per location plus a flat price per active booking spot, and never a commission on a booking.
