Built around how a barbershop runs
The everyday things that cost a barber time and customers — handled.
Customers pick their own barber
Every barber with a photo and a few words about themselves. Regulars book their usual barber in a tap; anyone new can leave it to whoever's free first.
Master and junior prices
Price a cut per barber, or per category like Master barber and Junior barber, and let a junior take longer for the same fade. Customers see each barber's category, price and time as they choose.
Walk-ins added straight to the calendar
Someone walks in? Put them in the calendar with the Walk-in button, so the times online stay true and nobody books over them.
Chairs that never double-book
Three barbers on two chairs? Bookodile never books more chairs than you have, and the owner's chair stays the owner's.
Automatic reminders, fewer no-shows
Confirmations and reminders go out by email on their own, with a link to cancel if plans change — so the chair can go to someone else. SMS too, on a paid plan.
Lunch breaks and days off that repeat
Block lunch every day, one barber's Saturdays every other week or the whole shop for a holiday — set it once and it repeats.

Two people, one visit
The cut with your barber, the wash with your assistant
Set a visit up in parts — the cut, then a wash and head massage — and give each part its own person. The customer books it once and gets one confirmation. Each of you is blocked only for your own part, so the barber is free for the next customer as soon as the cut is done, and moving the visit later moves every part together.
Chairs
The owner's chair stays the owner's
Four chairs, six barbers? Tell Bookodile which chairs you have and who sits where. Juniors share the open chairs, the owner keeps theirs, and a barber who rents a chair can have it to themselves. Your booking page only offers a time when there is a chair for it.

Reviews and feedback
More good reviews, without pestering anyone
After each visit the customer gets one email — not three. In it: a one-tap star rating, a private word for you and a button to review you on Google. Nobody is asked for a Google review twice, and nobody needs an account. More stars where new customers choose a barber, and you hear about a problem before it becomes a one-star review.
Stars on your booking page and website
Customers tap a star in the email and they're done. Show the rating on your booking page and website, and reply in public or privately. You can't hide the bad ones — which is why people trust the good ones.
About reviews
What people won't say in a public review
One open question, not a survey, with a box for each barber they saw. They can send it anonymously — then nobody can tell who wrote it, you included, and there's no reply.
About feedback
One tap to your Google profile
Paste your Google review link once. The same email then offers a button straight to it — and whoever reviews, already has, or says no is never asked again. Every customer gets the same ask, happy or not.

Team leaderboard
A friendly race between your barbers
Switch it on and your barbers compete on bookings all month: the podium, everyone's place and who moved up this week. Revenue can have a winner per category, so juniors race juniors. On the 1st the whole team gets the winners by email — and customers never see any of it.

AI Chat
Run the shop by asking
Set up the whole shop from one message — barbers, services, prices, hours and chairs — and keep asking as the week goes on, typed or spoken, in English, Slovak, Czech or Vietnamese. Every change is shown to you before it happens.
We're four barbers. Sean owns the place: skin fade €30, 30 minutes. The juniors charge €22 and take 40.
Sets up the barbers, the service and each one's price and time — and asks about anything you left out instead of guessing.
Declan is off sick tomorrow. Give his bookings to whoever's free.
Finds a free colleague for each booking, drafts a note to the customers and emails them once you confirm.
Block 13:00–13:30 for lunch every day, for everyone.
Blocks the time, repeating, so nobody can book over lunch.
Why can't anyone book a beard trim on Saturday?
Checks your hours, who does the service and the calendar, tells you why in plain words, and offers to fix it.
Who moved my 3 o'clock?
Answers from the activity log: who moved it, when, and whether the customer was told.
Make the website darker and more classic.
Changes your website's draft so you see it first — nothing goes live until you publish.
Add-ons barbershops switch on first

Questions barbers ask
Can customers choose their barber?
Yes. Every barber has a photo and can write a short bio, in the order you set. Customers pick one, or leave it to whoever's free first, and only ever see that barber's free times.
Can my senior barbers charge more?
Yes. Price a service per barber, or per category such as Senior and Junior, and give a barber more time for the same service if they need it. Customers see each barber's price as they choose.
We share chairs. Can it handle that?
Yes. Add your chairs, keep one for the person it belongs to and let the rest be shared. Your booking page only offers a time when a chair is free for that barber.
Do customers need an app or an account?
No. They open your link, pick a service, a barber and a time, and leave their name and contact details. Nothing to download and nothing to sign up for.
Do you send SMS reminders?
Email confirmations and reminders are included in every account. SMS confirmations and reminders are an add-on that needs a paid plan, because each text is billed — monthly, with your plan.
Do you take card payments or deposits?
No. Payment stays between you and your customers. The Payments add-on records what each customer paid, so the day's takings add up.
What does it cost?
Bookodile is free for a shop with one location, up to 2 booking spots and 40 bookings a month — every add-on included, SMS aside. Beyond that you pay a base price per location plus a flat price per active booking spot, and never a commission on a booking.
