Where it appears
A Leaderboard page for everyone on the team, a card on the dashboard, titles on each team member's profile, and an email with the results on the 1st of every month.
Who it's for
None. Customers never see the leaderboard, and nothing about it appears on your booking page.
Why it matters
Gives the team something to chase every month, and celebrates the people who carry the busiest weeks.
How it works
Switch it on — that's the setup
Everyone who takes bookings starts competing on the number of bookings straight away. People who don't take bookings, like reception, are left out on their own and can still watch.
A live race all month
The leaderboard shows the podium, everyone's place and who moved up this week, counted in your business's own time zone as visits happen. Cancelled visits and no-shows never count.
Winners on the 1st
At 10:00 on the 1st the month closes, the results are frozen, and the whole team gets an email with the winners — including team members who never sign in.
A Hall of fame that lasts
Every title is kept. See each month's winners, who has won most often, and the champion of the year for each competition.

Barbershop
A team where juniors and seniors charge different prices competes on bookings together, and on revenue with a winner for each category.
Nail & beauty studio
Technicians see who is closest to first place with a week to go, and the results email lands on the 1st for the whole studio.
Gym & studio
Trainers compete on sessions delivered each month, with a Hall of fame the whole team can see.
Common questions
- What counts as a booking?
- Each visit counts once for every team member who did a service in it, once the visit has started. Two services by the same person in one visit are one booking. Cancelled visits and no-shows don't count.
- Can people at different price levels compete fairly?
- Yes. Add a revenue competition with a winner per team member category, so a junior and a senior each compete against people at their own level. Bookings can stay a single competition for everyone.
- Can I leave out a service someone else usually does?
- Yes. Every service counts unless you untick it for that competition, including services added later.
- Does the team see how much everyone earned?
- Not unless you choose to. Booking counts are visible to everyone; revenue competitions show the order but not the amounts, and each person sees their own. You and anyone who can see all reports always see everything.
- Do customers see any of this?
- No. The leaderboard is internal — nothing about it appears on your booking page.
