Built around how a physio practice runs
The everyday things that eat a therapist's time — handled.
Patients book online at any hour
Your booking page takes bookings day and night, so a patient who remembers at 10 pm books there and then. Bookings your reception takes by phone go into the same calendar.
Automatic reminders, fewer no-shows
Confirmations and reminders go out by email on their own, with a link to cancel if plans change — so the time can go to someone else. SMS too, on a paid plan.
Book every session before they leave
A patient who leaves without the next visit booked is easy to lose. Book their sessions every week or every two weeks, up to 52 at once, while they're still at the desk.
Shockwave booked only when the machine is free
Several therapists, one shockwave unit: patients are only offered times when both the therapist and the machine are free, so two treatments never need it at once.
Every therapist on their own hours
Set each therapist's days and hours — mornings for one, Tuesday and Thursday evenings for another — and patients are only offered the times that person actually works. Time off comes off the booking page too.
No cancelling online at the last minute
Choose the window — 24 hours, say. Inside it, patients are asked to contact you instead, or you let them cancel after a warning and it's recorded as late. Nothing is charged.

Rooms and equipment
Three rooms, two machines, one rehab gym — no clashes
A treatment takes a room, shockwave therapy takes the one shockwave unit, the electrotherapy unit runs two at a time and the rehab gym holds six. Bookodile books each treatment onto what it needs and never more than you have, so on a busy morning the limit is the building, not the booking system. A room can be kept for one therapist, too.

Reviews and feedback
More good reviews, without pestering anyone
After each visit the patient gets one email — not three. In it: a one-tap star rating, a private word for you and a button to review you on Google. Nobody is asked for a Google review twice, and nobody needs an account. More stars where new patients choose a physio, and you hear about a problem before it becomes a one-star review.
Stars on your booking page and website
Patients tap a star in the email and they're done. Show the rating on your booking page and website, and reply in public or privately. You can't hide the bad ones — which is why people trust the good ones.
About reviews
What people won't say in a public review
One open question, not a survey. Patients can send it anonymously — then nobody can tell who wrote it, you included, and there's no reply.
About feedback
One tap to your Google profile
Paste your Google review link once. The same email then offers a button straight to it — and whoever reviews, already has, or says no is never asked again. Every patient gets the same ask, happy or not.

Run the practice by asking
Set up the whole practice from one message — therapists, treatments, prices, times, rooms and machines — and keep asking as the week goes on, typed or spoken. Every change is shown to you before it happens, and anything patients read is written in your booking page's language.
We're four physios. Initial assessment €55, 60 minutes; follow-up €45, 45 minutes. Three treatment rooms, and a shockwave unit only Paul and Matt use.
Sets up the therapists, treatments, prices and times, which treatments need a room or the machine, and who does shockwave — and asks about anything you left out.
The shockwave unit is being serviced all day next Tuesday. Block it.
Checks the bookings already on it first and asks what to do with each — move it, give it to a colleague, cancel it or keep it — then blocks the machine when you confirm.
Jenna is off sick tomorrow. Give her patients to whoever is free.
Finds a free colleague who does each treatment, shows you the plan first, and writes the note to patients in your booking page's language.
Block every Tuesday 8 to 9 for the case review, for everyone.
Sets up one repeating block for the whole practice and shows you the next few dates first. Bookings already in those times stay put — it tells you which.
Why can't anyone book shockwave therapy on Thursday?
Checks your hours, who does the treatment, the machine and the calendar, tells you why in plain words, and offers to fix it.
Who changed the price of the initial assessment?
Answers from the activity log: what it was, what it became, who changed it and when.

Questions physio practices ask
Can we book a patient's whole course of treatment?
Yes. Your team can book a repeating series — every week, every two weeks or every month — up to 52 visits at once. Patients can't set up a repeating booking themselves; they book each visit, or you do it for them.
Can a room be kept for one therapist?
Yes. Open the room and choose who can be booked into it. Nobody else is ever booked there — including people who join later — while the therapists you named can still use the other rooms.
Can we stop last-minute cancellations?
You set how close to the visit patients may cancel themselves — 24 hours, say. Inside that window they're told to contact you, or, if you allow late cancellations, they cancel after a warning and it's recorded as late. Bookodile charges nothing; any fee is between you and the patient.
Can Bookodile take payments or deposits, or bill insurers?
No. Payment stays between you and your patients, and Bookodile doesn't bill insurers. The Payments add-on records what each visit was paid, so the day's takings add up.
Can we keep treatment notes in Bookodile?
Each patient's card has notes your team can read, next to every past visit. But Bookodile is not a clinical records system, and the rules for keeping health records differ by country — so check what yours require, and keep clinical notes where they say.
Do you send SMS reminders?
Email confirmations and reminders are included in every account. SMS confirmations and reminders are an add-on that needs a paid plan, because each text is billed — monthly, with your plan.
What does it cost?
Bookodile is free for a practice with one location, up to 2 booking spots and 40 bookings a month — every add-on included, SMS aside. Beyond that you pay a base price per location plus a flat price per active booking spot, and never a commission on a booking.
