Payments

Know what you actually took, not just what was booked.

Record what you were actually paid β€” cash, card or transfer β€” and split tips fairly between the people who did the work.

Where it appears

A Payments page listing the day's visits, plus a quick recorder on your dashboard and inside each booking.

What your customers see

None. This is your own record β€” customers never see it and nothing changes on your booking page.

Why it matters

Know exactly what came in and how, so your own numbers add up at the end of the month instead of living on paper.

How it works

1

Walk the day's list at closing

Every visit that has already started is waiting on one screen with the price filled in. Tap once and it's recorded. The whole day takes about as long as it used to take to write one page.

2

Tips are separated, not buried in the price

Someone hands you 60 for a 55 cut and the extra 5 is recorded as a tip, not as revenue. That distinction is the point: a tip is not takings, and mixing them is what makes month-end guesswork.

3

Two people on one client? The tip splits itself

The tip is divided evenly between everyone who worked the visit, down to the cent, and you can override it per payment. The split is frozen when you save, so changing anything later never moves money somebody already earned.

4

Cash, card and transfers stay told apart

Name the ways you get paid β€” including your own, like a bank app you use β€” and the day total shows what should be in the till against what went to your account.

Payments screen showing the day's cash total, collected, tips and still-to-record figures above a list of visits with price, received and payment method on each row
The whole day on one screen: what is in the till, what came in, and what is still to record.
Recorded visits for the day, one of them worked by two barbers and showing both their initials, a single €63.00 total and a separate tip badge
One client, two barbers, one €63.00 visit β€” and the €5 tip recorded against both of them.
Reports card showing collected, unreconciled and tips side by side, a collected-by-method breakdown of cash against card, and tips listed per person
Cash against card, and tips shown as their own figure β€” never folded into revenue.

Made for your business

However you take bookings, here's what it looks like for you.

Barbershop

Reconcile the till against the bank at the end of every day, instead of keeping the real numbers on a paper sheet and adding them up at month end.

Nail & beauty studio

Two technicians on one client and one tip: it splits evenly between them and is attributed to both, with no mental arithmetic at the desk.

Gym & studio

Record what members hand over at the desk β€” cash, card or transfer β€” so the day's takings add up without a spreadsheet on the side.

Photo studio

Take a deposit now and the balance on delivery. The shoot stays outstanding for the difference until it is settled, so a part-payment never looks finished.

Common questions

Is this a cash register?
No. It records what you were paid so your own numbers add up β€” it doesn't issue receipts or tax documents. Those rules differ by country, so check what yours requires.
What if someone pays only part of it?
Record what they gave you. The visit stays outstanding for the difference and shows what's still owed, so a part-payment never looks settled.
Do tips count as revenue in my reports?
No. Tips are shown as their own figure everywhere and never added into revenue.
Can my staff see each other's tips?
Only people who can already see everyone's reports. Everyone else sees their own.
