For hair salons

Booking that works the way your hair salon does.

Colour with your colourist and the cut with a stylist in one booking, each busy only for their part. Every stylist's own prices, time to clean up after colour, chairs and basins that never double-book — and AI sets it all up from one message.

Built around how a hair salon runs

The everyday things that eat a stylist's time — handled.

Every stylist, their own price

Price a cut per stylist, or per category like Senior and Junior, and give a newer stylist more time for the same service. Customers see each one's price and time as they choose.

Each client's colour formula, noted

Add a note to any customer — the formula, the shade, what to avoid next time — and see every past visit and what they had.

Clients add treatments as they book

After the colour, customers are offered the treatments you choose — a bond treatment, a gloss, a mask — each with its own discount if you like. The bill grows without you having to ask.

Time to clean up after colour

Give a colour service ten or fifteen minutes after it, and nobody can book that time — the chair stays held too. It may run past closing, so the day's last colour still fits.

Automatic reminders, fewer no-shows

Confirmations and reminders go out by email on their own, with a link to cancel if plans change — so the chair can go to someone else. SMS too, on a paid plan.

Roots booked months ahead

Book a regular's root colour every month, up to 52 visits in one go, so the time is theirs before they leave the chair.

Website

A hair salon website that updates itself

It's where people find you, and every Book button on it opens your booking page. It's built from your booking setup, so a new price, stylist or opening hour reaches both within minutes.

Colour and cut

Colour with one, the cut with another — in one booking

Customers book Colour & cut once and get one confirmation. The colourist is busy only for the colour and can start the next client while the stylist cuts; the stylist is busy only for the cut. Add a stage with nobody for the time the colour develops, and the colourist is free during it too. Move the visit, and every part moves together.

Chairs and basins

Four chairs, two basins, no clashes

A balayage holds a chair all morning, and a blow-dry needs a basin. Bookodile books each service onto what it needs and never more than you have, so a busy Saturday can fill every chair without a double booking.

Resources at a hair salon: four styling chairs and two backwash basins, each with the services that need it

Reviews and feedback

More good reviews, without pestering anyone

After each visit the customer gets one email — not three. In it: a one-tap star rating, a private word for you and a button to review you on Google. Nobody is asked for a Google review twice, and nobody needs an account. More stars where new customers choose a salon, and you hear about a problem before it becomes a one-star review.

Stars on your booking page and website

Customers tap a star in the email and they're done. Show the rating on your booking page and website, and reply in public or privately. You can't hide the bad ones — which is why people trust the good ones.

AI Chat

Run the salon by asking

Set up the whole salon from one message — stylists, services, prices, times, chairs and basins — and keep asking as the week goes on, typed or spoken. Every change is shown to you before it happens, and anything customers read is written in your booking page's language.

We're a hair salon. Three stylists, two colour stations, and colour always needs one. Full colour €95, 2 hours. Lily doesn't do colour.

Sets up the stylists, services, prices and times, and which need a colour station — and asks about anything you left out.

Move @Megan Carter's colour on Friday to the afternoon.

Moves the whole visit — colour and cut together — and shows you the new times before anything changes.

Chloe is off sick tomorrow. Give her bookings to whoever is free.

Finds a free colleague for each booking, shows you the plan first, and writes the note to customers in your booking page's language.

Why can't anyone book balayage on Thursday evening?

Checks your hours, who does the service, the chairs and the calendar, tells you why in plain words, and offers to fix it.

Write a short description for our balayage.

Writes it in your booking page's language and puts it straight on the service, with Undo.

Who changed the price of half-head foils?

Answers from the activity log: what it was, what it became, who changed it and when.

Questions hair salons ask

Can one booking be colour with one stylist and the cut with another?

Yes. Make it a combo service: each stage has its own length and, if you like, its own team member and chair, and each person is busy only for their own stage. A stage can have nobody — the time the colour develops — so the colourist can start someone else meanwhile. A combo has one fixed price.

Can new customers book a consultation or a patch test first?

Yes. Add each as a service of its own and customers book it online like anything else. Bookodile doesn't check that a patch test came before the colour; that stays with you.

Can each stylist have their own prices?

Yes. Price a service per stylist, or per category such as Senior and Junior, and give someone more time for the same service. Customers see each stylist's price as they choose.

Where do we keep a customer's colour formula?

In a note on the customer's card, next to every past visit and what they had — so whoever does the colour next time finds it there.

Do you take card payments or deposits?

No. Payment stays between you and your customers. The Payments add-on records what each customer paid, with tips kept apart, so the day's takings add up.

Do you send SMS reminders?

Email confirmations and reminders are included in every account. SMS confirmations and reminders are an add-on that needs a paid plan, because each text is billed — monthly, with your plan.

What does it cost?

Bookodile is free for a salon with one location, up to 2 booking spots and 40 bookings a month — every add-on included, SMS aside. Beyond that you pay a base price per location plus a flat price per active booking spot, and never a commission on a booking.
