Where it appears
A dedicated Gift Vouchers section appears in the main sidebar. On the public booking page, customers see a voucher code input field at checkout.
What your customers see
Customers enter a voucher code during booking. The voucher balance is applied to the total price, and any remaining balance stays on the voucher for future use.
Why it matters
Generate upfront revenue and attract new customers through gift-giving. Vouchers often lead to spending above the voucher value.
How it works
You issue the voucher
Someone wants to buy a gift for a friend — in the chair, over the phone, however it comes up. You take the money and create the voucher: a code is generated for you, and you set the value, who it's for and how long it's valid.
They redeem it when they book
The recipient types the code on your booking page and the balance comes straight off the total. No account, no login, and it works on the same step as a discount code.
Leftover value stays put
If the booking costs less than the voucher, the difference stays on it for next time. A €100 voucher spent on a €60 service still has €40 on it — which is usually another visit.
You can see where every voucher stands
One list shows each code, how much is left against what it started at, who it was for and when it runs out — with a bar so you can read the remaining balance at a glance.

Made for your business
However you take bookings, here's what it looks like for you.
Barbershop
Sell a father's-day voucher over the counter in December and have the cash months before the chair time is used.
Nail & beauty studio
Offer a fixed-value gift card that a partner can buy without having to guess which treatment to pick.
Gym & studio
Let a member gift a block of sessions to a friend, with whatever's unused staying on the balance.
Photo studio
Sell shoot vouchers as presents — the money lands now and the studio time gets booked when it suits them.
Common questions
- Can customers buy a voucher online themselves?
- Not yet. You create vouchers from your dashboard after taking payment however suits you — in person, by transfer or over the phone. Redeeming, on the other hand, is fully self-serve on your booking page.
- What if the booking costs less than the voucher?
- The remainder stays on the voucher for a future visit. It's only marked as used up once the balance reaches zero.
- And if the booking costs more?
- The voucher covers what it can and the customer pays the difference as normal.
- Do vouchers expire?
- Only if you give them an end date, which is optional. Once past it the code stops working, and the list shows it as expired.
- Can I cancel one?
- Yes. Deactivating a voucher stops the code being accepted straight away, and you can delete it outright if it was created by mistake.
- Can a voucher be used with a discount code?
- Yes. The discount is applied first, then the voucher balance comes off the reduced total.
