A waiting-list offer is refused when the room or equipment is gone

Confirming a waiting-list offer checked that the team member was still free, but not the room, chair or machine the service needs — so a confirmation could take a room somebody else already had. It now takes a free one and says the time has gone when there isn't one, instead of booking something that cannot happen.
