The room or equipment picker now appears wherever you open a booking

Opening a booking from the bookings list, the dashboard, a customer's profile or the payments screen showed no room or equipment to pick, or left out the ones a service inherits from its category. Only the calendar showed all of them. Every screen now offers the same list, so a booking keeps the room it needs whichever screen you edit it from.
