Keep a room, chair or machine for the people it belongs to

Until now every room, chair or machine was open to anyone who performs the services that need it — fine when they are interchangeable, wrong when one of them belongs to somebody. Each resource can now be kept for named people: nobody else is ever booked into it, including people you add later. Whoever has one of their own is sent there first, so the shared ones stay free for everybody else. Each team member's page says where they work, and each service now shows who can be booked for it, where, and how many of it can run at the same time.
