Set a different service duration for each team member

The same service can now take a different amount of time depending on who does it — someone new, someone in training, or anyone who simply works at their own pace. Whoever the customer picks, the booking page reserves the time that person actually needs.

• Set a duration per person on a service, the same way you already set a price per person
• Leave anyone's box blank and they keep the service's normal duration — you only fill in the people who differ
• Customers see “30 min+” on the service list, then each person's real time when they choose who serves them
• Pick “Anyone” and the times offered are the ones somebody can actually finish, not a guess
• You can also show your employee categories next to each name on your booking page, if you want customers to see them
