Payment tracking: record what each booking was paid

A new add-on for recording what came in per visit, so the end of the month is a number you can read rather than one you reconstruct. It records what you were paid; it doesn't take payments.

• Walk the day's list at closing — every visit that has started is waiting with the price filled in, one tap each
• Tips are recorded separately from revenue, not buried in the price
• Two people on one customer? The tip splits evenly between them, and freezes when you save
• Payment state shows on the bookings list, in the booking modal, and on an employee's page
