Unanswered waiting-list offers go to the next person

When someone on your waiting list doesn't confirm a freed time within three hours, it's now offered to the next person waiting for that service, automatically. Before, nothing passed it on and the time sat unoffered.

• The next person is emailed within about ten minutes of the offer lapsing, with their own three hours to confirm
• A time that has already started, or that someone has booked in the meantime, isn't offered again
• An offer for a time less than three hours away lasts until that time starts, so nobody can confirm a time that has begun
