Giving a service to another team member moves its resource with it

When a room, station or piece of equipment is kept for particular team members, handing a service to a colleague in Move visit found no time on any day — the service kept a resource the colleague may not use. Now it goes with them to one they may use, their own first, and the booking form does the same when you change the team member.

• Move visit offers the times that fit the new team member, and shows the old and the new resource before you move
• Dragging a service onto a colleague's column in the day view does the same
• The booking form switches to the new team member's own resource instead of leaving the field empty
• When none of the service's resources is open to that team member, Move visit says so instead of showing an empty day
