A cancelled service no longer shows in reminders or My Bookings

When you cancelled one service of a visit and kept the rest, the customer's reminder still listed the cancelled service and counted its price in the total, and so did My Bookings. Both now show only what is still booked, with the total that is left — and so does the confirmation sent when a visit is paid for later.

• Cancelling the first service of a visit moves the visit onto the next one: My Bookings shows that service's time and price, not the cancelled one's
• A visit cancelled in full still shows in My Bookings as cancelled, with everything that was booked
