Messages

Write to any customer — even one who keeps their email or phone private.

Write to any customer by email or SMS from your business, not from someone's personal phone — even a customer who keeps their email or number private. Every conversation lands in one inbox for the team.

Part of every plan — nothing to switch on.

Messages inbox listing conversations newest first under Open, Done and All tabs, with one conversation open beside the list

Message from where you already are

The customer panel beside a booking and each customer's page have a Message button. Write, choose email, SMS or both, send.

Their details can stay private

A customer who hides their email or phone from you still gets your message. You never see the address or number; they answer on a page linked from it.

Not from a personal phone

Your team writes as the business, and the conversation stays with the business — not on whoever happened to be at the front desk.

Know what an SMS costs

Before you send, the box shows how many SMS parts a message will take and what the customer's phone will show — accents and emoji make each part shorter.

Inbox zero for the front desk

Mark a conversation Done once it's handled, or Mark as unread to come back to it. The count beside Messages shows what's waiting, and a customer's reply brings a Done conversation back.

Common questions

Can customers reply?
Yes — on a page linked from the email. They can send up to two messages each time you write, which keeps a conversation going and stops a leaked link becoming a spam channel.
Can a customer stop messages?
Yes. Every message has a link that stops messages from your business, and they can turn them back on the same way.
Can it send SMS?
Yes, with the SMS messages add-on — you choose email, SMS or both, and the box shows how many SMS parts a message will take before you send it. SMS need a paid plan and are billed monthly with it. A customer answers on a linked page, not by replying to the SMS. For businesses in Czechia, SMS are coming soon.
