Your booking page explains why a day has no free times

When a customer picks someone who can't fit them in, they used to get a blank week with no reason for it — and often gave up. Your booking page now tells them who isn't free that day, and who is.

• Says who isn't available on the day they picked, without revealing anyone's schedule
• Names the ones who do have room, so they know it's worth going back
• Says so plainly when nobody else is free either, instead of sending them on a wasted trip
• Names the service when there's more than one, so they know which choice to change
• A day you're open no longer looks closed just because one person is off
