Start your plan from Billing when online booking is paused after the trial

If your 14 free days ended while you were past a free limit, Billing only offered to update your card — and a card can't reopen anything when no plan has started yet. Billing now offers to start the plan, which reopens online booking straight away.

• The banner, the sidebar and the email now say that starting the plan is what reopens booking
• Reopen booking takes you straight to the button that does it
• A plan whose card stopped working still reopens with a working card, as before
