SMS messages: confirmations, reminders and your own messages by SMS

A new add-on sends your customers an SMS as well as an email — the confirmation of an online booking, the reminder, a change or cancellation you make, a waiting-list offer, and messages you write. The add-on is free; SMS need a paid plan and are billed monthly with it, never more a month than your cap.

• Switch it on per branch, and choose which SMS go out
• Every automatic SMS is one SMS, in your booking page's language, with a link to the booking
• In Messages, send by email, SMS or both, and see what the customer's phone will show
• Billed on your plan's monthly invoice at a price per country — nothing to top up
• A monthly cap, starting at your plan price and raisable up to three times it; warnings at 80% and at the cap
• The settings show how many SMS your cap covers, and whether your last 30 days would have fitted

• Customers can hide their phone from a business that sends SMS — the business still reaches them
