Roles: choose who manages billing and who can message customers

Two new switches on every role. Manage billing lets someone other than the owner change the plan and the card and raise the monthly SMS cap. Send messages decides who may write to customers from Messages — everyone can, until you switch it off for a role.

• Manage billing is off in every role until you turn it on; the owner always has it
• Billing emails still go to the owner
• Without Send messages, a team member still reads the conversations of customers they can see
