Repeating blocked time in the calendar

A block in the calendar can now repeat — every day, every week on the days you pick, every two weeks or every month, with or without an end date. Lunch every weekday is one block instead of a block a day, and each team member can set their own.

  • Turn on Repeat when you block time, pick how often and when it ends, and the form shows the next dates before you save
  • Each repeat is taken off your booking page like any block, at the same time on your business's clock across a clock change
  • Change or delete only one repeat, or that one and every one after it
  • Team members can repeat blocks for their own time; blocking someone else's still needs permission to manage bookings
  • AI Chat sets one up too — "block my lunch 12 to 1 every weekday" — and tells you first about any bookings already in those times
