Moving a booking checks the new time and can email the customer

Moving a single booking — dragging it in the calendar, or changing its time in the booking dialog — now checks the new time the way moving a visit already did: the team member's working hours and time off, their other bookings and blocks, and any room or equipment it uses. A clash asks first.

  • Changing the time in the booking dialog offers "Email the customer the new time", ticked, and sends them a "Booking moved" email. Dragging never emails the customer.
  • Google Calendar now updates whoever moves the booking. Before, a move by someone without access to Settings left the old time in Google Calendar.
  • A booking already completed or marked a no-show can't be dragged; its time can still be corrected in the dialog.
