Add-ons are part of Settings in team roles

In team roles, the separate "Manage add-on features" permission is gone: whoever can open Settings also manages add-ons — switching them on and off, their settings, and their tools such as vouchers and discount codes. The two had drifted apart, so a role with only one of them could open an add-on's settings without being able to save them. Nobody's access changed.
