Move or cancel a whole visit in one step

When a customer books several services — with one team member or several — you can now move or cancel the whole visit from the booking details. It offers only the times that fit everyone in it, and every service moves together.

• Move visit offers the days and start times where every service fits: each team member's hours, time off and other bookings, and any room or equipment
• Change who does a service and the times update; each service keeps its length and order
• Type any other time and see exactly what it clashes with before anything moves
• The customer can get one email with every service's new time, and each team member hears about their own part
• In the calendar, every service of a visit is marked with its place in it, like 2/3. Drag any of them and the whole visit moves with it; drop it in another team member's column to hand over just that service
• Cancel asks whether you mean one service or the whole visit, and says what will happen first
• A booking moved after its reminder went out now gets a reminder for its new time
