Back and Continue stay on screen on every step of the booking page

On a phone, the booking page's buttons waited at the foot of long lists of team members, add-ons and times, so customers scrolled to find them. From the second step on, Back and Continue now stay at the bottom of the screen, and the empty screen you could scroll into below the page is gone.

• The phone number field opens the number keypad, shows how to write a number from any country, and confirms the number once it is complete
• Continue on the details step always answers: it points to what is missing instead of staying grey
• A card no longer looks chosen because a thumb touched it to scroll
• The cookie notice no longer covers your booking page or the page where customers reply to your messages
