Your bill now follows the booking spots you actually used

Your bill is now worked out from the booking spots that actually took a booking, recounted every month. Hire someone and the next bill includes them; have a quiet month, or lose someone, and it comes down on its own. There is nothing to tell us and nothing to switch on.

• The count is taken over the month that has just finished, so you are never charged ahead for spots you have not used yet.
• Your month runs from the day you subscribed — subscribe on the 19th and every month runs the 19th to the 19th.
• Each invoice names the exact dates it covers.
• Nothing changes about what a booking spot is, or what one costs.
