Choosing "Anyone" no longer ends in a refused booking

On your booking page, a customer who chose "Anyone" could be given a time with someone who cannot take that service — with no price set for it, switched off, or not taking bookings — and the booking was refused when they pressed Confirm. "Anyone" now only offers times with people who can actually be booked for the service.
