AI Chat: ask Bookodile how things work, or have it set things up
A new AI Chat in the sidebar answers questions about Bookodile and about how your business is set up, and can set things up for you: team members and their working hours, resources, services, prices, opening hours and booking settings. It can also move or cancel a booking for you. Every change is shown on a card first and happens only when you confirm it; setup changes can be undone. You can speak instead of typing.
- Answers from the help pages, with a link to the page it used
- Adds team members, resources and services, and changes prices, durations, team members' working hours, opening hours and booking settings, on a card you apply, with Undo
- Add to a card before you confirm it and the new card keeps everything from the one before
- The card shows who does each service and what it needs, and once applied each line opens what it made
- Ask why a day has no free times and it tells you the reason: closed, a day off, time off, nothing free left or your notice period
- Ask about a day's bookings; the AI never reads your customers' names, and the chat shows them only to people who may see them
- Moves or cancels a booking, or a whole visit of several services one after another, on a card that shows the new times and anything they clash with; the customer is emailed if you tick it
- Type @ to pick a customer: the AI gets a reference, never the name. A customer's name typed in full is sent the same way, and a name in another form gets a "Did you mean" suggestion
- In All branches, the organisation owner can compare branches and copy services, opening hours or booking settings from one branch to another
- Every screen it mentions is a link that opens in a new tab
- Ask Bookodile from any page: the button in the header opens the chat beside the page, and it knows which page you are on
- Switches add-ons on or off and changes their settings, on a card you apply
- Customers and bookings in its answers open a small card: open the booking right over the chat, open it in the calendar, open the customer, or start moving or cancelling it
- Moves or cancels many bookings at once on one card, for example a whole day to another day, with a note to the customers
- Tell the customer by email, by SMS or both when a card moves or cancels a booking — SMS is offered when your business sends texts — and add a few words to the email
- Move a morning to the afternoon and each booking goes to the first time it fits, one after another, never two at once for the same team member; one that doesn't fit stays where it is and the card says so
- If you're ill, it hands your bookings to colleagues who are free at the same time, tells the customers and marks you away
- Blocks time for you ("block tomorrow 2 to 5, I'm at lunch"): it first checks the bookings in that time and asks what to do with each — move it, give it to a colleague who is free, cancel it or keep it — then blocks the time and makes those changes on one card
- Ask from anywhere: type a question in the search (⌘K) and choose Ask Bookodile
- Works with your own access: it can only see and change what your role can
- Has no access to your customers' names, emails or phone numbers
- Speak instead of typing, in English, Slovak, Czech or Vietnamese
- Your chats are kept 180 days after the last message; the people who manage your business can read them
