Activity: see who changed what, and when

A new Activity page records every change in your account — bookings made, moved, handed over or cancelled, customers' details, services and prices, the team's hours and time off, and settings — with who made it, how and when. Ask AI Chat "who moved this booking?" and it answers from the same record.

• Each change says who made it: a team member by name, the customer themselves, or Automatic — and how, such as on the booking page or via AI Chat
• Open a booking and its last change is at the top; History shows the whole visit and what the customer was sent about it
• History on a customer, a team member and a service; filter by who made a change or whose bookings it touched, and export it as a spreadsheet
• Everyone sees the history of what their role already shows them; nobody can edit it, and it is kept for 24 months
• Notes are never copied into the history — it says a note was edited, not what it says
