The free plan counts people who take bookings, and only them

The pricing page has always said Free covers two. It did not: you could add a third, a fifth, a tenth and stay on Free for ever. It is enforced now — and it counts the right thing. You can always add the person; what counts is giving them a service, because a service nobody is assigned to is performed by nobody.

• Reception, trainees and anyone assigned to no service are free and never counted
• Take somebody off a service to make room — the count follows who can actually be booked
• A service with nobody assigned is no longer offered on your booking page: it means nobody, not anyone
• Start your 14 free days from the message and the person is added straight after — no card, nothing charged
• On the paid plan nothing changes: you still pay per booking spot, your bottleneck, so five staff sharing one chair are one spot
