Your booking page stays open when you pass the booking-spot limit

Settings → Billing showed a red “Paused” badge and the words “your booking page is closed to customers” whenever you passed any free-plan limit — including the booking-spot one, which has never closed anything. It now says what is actually happening: your page is open, nothing is due, and here is what the plan would cost.

• Only the monthly booking limit can pause online booking, and only once your 14 free days have been used
• The page no longer tells you your free fortnight is spent when it is still sitting there unused
• Passing the booking-spot limit now shows what the plan would cost instead of a button to reopen something that never closed
• Booking spots are counted per month, so the page now says so — the count starts again on the 1st
