# Bookodile vs EasyWeek

> EasyWeek is a German booking system with a website builder, a point of sale, card payments and a marketplace, priced per workspace by user count. Bookodile is built for a business whose people, rooms and prices differ, and bills the booking spots you use rather than the users you add.

## [What EasyWeek charges](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#pricing)

Per workspace, by how many users it has, in euros. Basic is free with 30 bookings a month; Solo is one user; Professional is up to five; Unlimited has no cap; Exclusive is on request. Each is billed monthly, yearly or for two years, the longer terms cheaper per month, and every plan shows the first month at half price. The Czech site shows the same euro prices with no koruna option, and the Polish site shows złoty converted at the day's rate but charges in euros. Text, WhatsApp, Stripe and PayPal fees are on top of the plan. The 14-day trial asks for no card and, the page says, ends without auto-continuation — yet the FAQ on the same page says you are switched to the paid plan you chose when the trial ends. A 2024 help-centre article announcing the plans lists lower yearly and two-year prices than the pages show today, and no Solo plan at all, so read the page for your region before you decide.

| Plan | Price | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Basic | €0 | 30 bookings a month; no cap on team members, services or customers |
| Solo, monthly | €12.50 | One user, per month; €10.42 a month paid yearly, €8.33 a month paid for two years |

| Text, WhatsApp and Viber messages | Top-up | At least 30 messages at a time; the per-country rate is shown only inside the app |

## What Bookodile charges

A base rate per location plus a rate per booking spot that actually took a booking that month, in country bands. Every feature and add-on is included at every price, there is no commission, and it is free at one location with up to two active spots and 40 bookings a month. The figures live on one page so they cannot drift: https://bookodile.com/pricing — and the model is explained at https://bookodile.com/docs/what-bookodile-costs.

## [Why businesses switch from EasyWeek](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#why-switch)

- **[You pay for booking spots, not for users](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#reason-you-pay-for-booking-spots-not-for-users)** — EasyWeek prices a workspace by its user count: Solo is one user, Professional is up to five, and a sixth means Unlimited, whatever those people do. Bookodile bills booking spots — several people taking turns at one station are one spot — and an owner or receptionist who takes no bookings costs nothing.
- **[A price and a duration per person](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#reason-a-price-and-a-duration-per-person)** — EasyWeek's services guide sets one base price and one duration per service, and the only variation it documents is a 'special price' by day and time. Bookodile prices and times a service per team member or per category such as Junior and Senior, and the customer sees which is which.
- **[Every feature on every account, including the free one](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#reason-every-feature-on-every-account-including-the-free-one)** — EasyWeek keeps online payments, a cancellation policy, text reminders and analytics for Solo and above, and gift cards, payroll, roles and permissions and advanced analytics for Unlimited; Basic stops at 30 bookings a month. Bookodile has no plans: every account, free ones included, has every feature and every add-on, and the free tier allows 40 bookings a month.
- **[Two people, one visit, each blocked for their own part](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#reason-two-people-one-visit-each-blocked-for-their-own-part)** — EasyWeek documents a booking with services for different team members only when staff build it in the admin calendar; how each person's time is blocked, and whether a customer can book it in the widget, are not described. A Bookodile combo gives each stage its own team member, duration and room, back to back, and the customer books it in one go.
- **[Roles you define, on every account](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#reason-roles-you-define-on-every-account)** — EasyWeek has three roles — Owner, Admin and User — with editable permissions, and its pricing page lists roles and permissions under Unlimited only. Bookodile ships Owner, Manager, Employee and Receptionist and lets you build a role permission by permission, on every account.
- **[Reviews that also ask for a Google review](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#reason-reviews-that-also-ask-for-a-google-review)** — EasyWeek collects a review after each booking and shows it on your site, in the widget and in its catalog; its article describes no request for a Google review and says Google reads the average rating from the site. Bookodile asks a happy customer for a Google review in the same email, and lets you reply in public or privately.

The pricing table lists the website, the widget, reviews, in-app and Telegram reminders, Google Calendar and both apps under Basic, while the FAQ on the same page says automated reminders need a paid plan. Online payments, a cancellation policy, text reminders and analytics start at Solo. [source](https://easyweek.ie/pricing) |
| [No commission on bookings](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#no-commission) | **Yes** — No commission, no new-client fee, no per-booking charge. The bill is the subscription and nothing else. | **Yes** — The app listing says no hidden fees and no commission per booking, and the catalog listing is free on every plan. Third-party fees for text, WhatsApp, Stripe and PayPal are charged on top of the plan. [source](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.awescode.EasyWeek) |
| [Every feature included](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#everything-included) | **Yes** — Every add-on is free and included — reminders, reviews, vouchers, the waiting list, multi-location, forecasting. Nothing is sold separately. | **Partly** — Most features sit inside the plans. Sold separately: text, WhatsApp and Viber messages by top-up, at least 30 at a time, at a per-country rate shown only inside the app; a branded app under your own name on a quote; and custom development on prepayment. [source](https://support.easyweek.io/hc/en-us/articles/4449105777425-Messages-pricing-and-recharging) |
| [The same features on every plan](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#no-plan-gating) | **Yes** — There are no plans and no tiers. Every account, including a free one, has every feature. | **No** — Solo unlocks unlimited bookings, the point of sale, online payments, a cancellation policy, customer segments, text and WhatsApp reminders and basic analytics. Professional adds stock and up to five users. Unlimited alone has gift cards, payroll and commission, roles and permissions, five-language localisation and advanced analytics. The help centre puts webhooks on the Pro plan. [source](https://easyweek.ie/pricing) |
| [No minimum term or cancellation fee](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#no-contract) | **Yes** — Monthly, no minimum term, no cancellation fee. Paying yearly is optional and costs ten months. | **Yes** — Billed monthly, yearly or for two years, and the pricing FAQ says you can cancel at any time. The help centre says the card on file cannot be removed while a subscription is active. Whether a prepaid yearly or two-year term is refunded is not stated. [source](https://easyweek.ie/pricing) |
| [Processes your customers' card payments](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#payment-processing) | **No** — Bookodile does not take your customers' money. The payment-tracking add-on records what you were paid; payment stays between you and the customer. | **Yes** — Online payment through Stripe, where Stripe serves your country, as prepayment in the widget or by payment link, on Solo and above; the point of sale takes cash, QR, link and gift-card payments. The rate is not published: 'Fees depend on the payment provider you choose, your bank, or your subscription plan.' [source](https://easyweek.ie/business/features/online-payments) |

### [Taking bookings](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#group-booking)

| | Bookodile | EasyWeek |
|---|---|---|
| [A hosted booking page](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#hosted-booking-page) | **Yes** — bookodile.com/book/your-business, with your logo, colour, services and hours. One page per location. | **Yes** — A ready-made website at your-name.easyweek.io, on the free plan, plus a standalone widget address. Your own domain can point at it. [source](https://support.easyweek.io/hc/en-us/articles/4420320275601-Your-EasyWeek-website) |
| [Booking on your own website](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#embed-widget) | **Yes** — One snippet embeds the whole flow in any site — WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or hand-built — inline or behind a Book-now button. A QR code is generated for print. | **Yes** — Four ways to embed — a floating button, your own button, a frame inside a page and a whole page — with guides for WordPress, Wix and Tilda. The help centre says the widget is in every plan at no extra cost. [source](https://support.easyweek.io/hc/en-us/articles/4420633577745-Embedding-widget-to-any-website) |
| [Customers book without an account or an app](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#guest-booking) | **Yes** — A name plus an email or a phone number. No account, no app, no password. A web portal shows customers every booking they hold, if they want it. | **Yes** — The documented widget flow is location, service, team member, time slot, then details, where the default fields are name and phone. It describes no sign-in step. A text confirmation code was marked as under development in 2024. [source](https://support.easyweek.io/hc/en-us/articles/4420576874641-Widget-as-a-crucial-component) |
| [Several services in one booking](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#multi-service-booking) | **Partly** — Combo services chain stages into one booking, and the extras you configure are offered during booking, in more than one round. Customers do not pick arbitrary pairs from the catalogue — you decide which combinations exist. | **Partly** — From the calendar, staff add a second service to one booking with '+ Add another service'. 'Related services' bind two services with a discounted joint price, and the Unit widget lets a customer reserve several slots or items in one booking. Whether the standard widget lets a customer add a second service is not described. [source](https://support.easyweek.io/hc/en-us/articles/4418877432081-Setting-up-your-first-event) |
| [Back-to-back services with different team members](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#multi-staff-sequential) | **Yes** — Each stage of a combo can have its own team member, its own duration and its own room, booked back to back. Each person is blocked only for their own stage, never for the whole visit. Staff move the whole visit in one step, at times that fit every person in it. | **Partly** — The booking guide says staff can add another service 'for the same or a different worker' in the admin calendar, and the 2021 release notes call this several services for different performers in one appointment. Nothing documents a customer doing this in the widget, whether the stages follow each other, or whether each person is blocked only for their own stage. [source](https://support.easyweek.io/hc/en-us/articles/4418877432081-Setting-up-your-first-event) |
| [Rooms, chairs and equipment as bookable resources](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#resources) | **Yes** — Rooms, chairs and equipment with a capacity and their own hours. A service can need a resource alone, a person alone, or both, and capacity is enforced when the booking is made. | **Yes** — Resources are rooms or equipment attached to a service, up to five resources with five copies each, and can be made obligatory so a booking is refused while they are in use. Units are bookable objects with no team member — a conference hall or a playroom — with their own schedule and a dedicated widget. [source](https://support.easyweek.io/hc/en-us/articles/10164195112337-Resources) |
| [Classes and events with a capacity](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#group-classes) | **Yes** — Events with a capacity and a registration list for one-off things; a recurring class is a service on a resource with a capacity, so it fills up and stops. | **Yes** — The feature page says group events can be created with a set number of participants. There is no help-centre article, so how a full class closes and how it is priced are not described. [source](https://easyweek.ie/business/features/group-events) |
| [A different price per team member](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#per-staff-pricing) | **Yes** — A service can be priced per team member, or per category such as Junior and Senior, and the customer sees which is which. | **Not published** — The services guide sets one base price per service, and the only variation it documents is a 'special price' by day and time. No article describes a price per team member. |
| [A different duration per team member](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#per-staff-duration) | **Yes** — A service can take a different time per team member. Leave someone blank and they use the service's own duration. | **Not published** — Duration is a field on the service, in minutes. No article describes a duration per team member. |
| [Buffer time that blocks the calendar](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#buffer-time) | **Yes** — A buffer after every service blocks the person and any resource it used. Enforced on the booking page and in the booking API. | **Yes** — A 'pause after service' per service, for cleaning or a break, plus time blocking on the calendar, set per location. [source](https://support.easyweek.io/hc/en-us/articles/4420306441361-How-to-fill-out-a-services-list) |
| [A waiting list with automatic offers](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#waitlist) | **Yes** — A cancellation is offered automatically to whoever has waited longest for that service, with a three-hour countdown. Confirming books them straight in. | **Not published** — No help-centre article, feature page or release note mentions a waiting list. |
| [Recurring bookings](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#recurring-bookings) | **Partly** — Your team can create a repeating series from the calendar — weekly, every two weeks or monthly, up to 52 visits. Customers cannot book a recurring appointment themselves. | **Yes** — A series created by staff from the calendar — daily, weekly or monthly, with a count, a step and weekdays — and edited one at a time, from a date on, or all at once. The article does not describe customers booking a series themselves. [source](https://support.easyweek.io/hc/en-us/articles/14464253241361-Recurring-bookings) |
| [Booking rules](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#booking-rules) | **Yes** — Minimum notice, maximum advance days, slot interval, auto-confirm or approval, and a cancellation window — one set of rules per business. | **Yes** — A slot step from every 10 minutes to every 3 hours, a minimum lead time per service from 15 minutes to 24 hours, a limit on how far ahead customers can book, a cap on bookings per customer such as one an hour or one a week, phone-number checks and a blacklist by phone or IP. A new booking can wait for a team member to confirm it. [source](https://support.easyweek.io/hc/en-us/articles/4420576874641-Widget-as-a-crucial-component) |
| [Customers cancel or reschedule themselves](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#self-service-cancel-reschedule) | **Partly** — Customers cancel from the confirmation email, outside your cancellation window. Rescheduling is cancel and book again; there is no one-step move. | **Yes** — Each booking has its own page with reschedule and cancel buttons, shown until the window you set per service under Terms and policies runs out. Customers can also confirm or cancel by replying to a text or WhatsApp message. The pricing page puts the cancellation policy on Solo and above. [source](https://support.easyweek.io/hc/en-us/articles/26648939823889-Cancellation-policy) |
| [Deposits and no-show protection](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#deposits-no-show) | **No** — No card on file and no deposits, because Bookodile does not process payments. A no-show is recorded on the customer, not charged. | **Partly** — Prepayment through the widget can be made mandatory, with a payment-waiting timeout, and the help centre says only full prepayment is possible — while the no-show feature page says 'Request a deposit or full payment'. No-shows are marked by hand and tracked as lost revenue. No card on file or automatic no-show charge is documented. [source](https://support.easyweek.io/hc/en-us/articles/23385465770641-Payments-in-the-widget-when-booking) |
| [Extras offered while booking](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#upsells) | **Yes** — Extras are offered while booking, per service or per category, in up to several rounds, with an optional discount for adding them. | **Partly** — 'Related services' bind services together with a discounted price when they are ordered jointly. How they are offered to a customer during booking is not described, and the discount does not apply while a special-price calendar is active. [source](https://support.easyweek.io/hc/en-us/articles/4420624890385-Related-services) |

### [What customers see](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#group-customers)

| | Bookodile | EasyWeek |
|---|---|---|
| [Listed in a consumer marketplace](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#marketplace) | **No** — No marketplace. Your booking page carries only your business, and no competitor is shown beside you — which also means it sends you no new customers. | **Yes** — The EasyWeek catalog is a public directory of businesses that book through EasyWeek, and a consumer app searches it. Every plan is listed automatically and for free, and a business can hide itself under Online › EasyWeek marketplace. Ranking follows profile completeness and recent activity; a Verified badge needs an annual plan. [source](https://support.easyweek.io/hc/en-us/articles/2-How-to-raise-your-rating-in-the-EasyWeek-catalog) |
| [An app for customers](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#customer-app) | **No** — No consumer app. Customers book in the browser, and a web portal lists every booking they hold with any Bookodile business. | **Yes** — 'EasyWeek App: book online' on iOS and Android, where customers find businesses in the catalog and book. A branded app under your own name is sold separately on a quote. [source](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/easyweek-app-book-online/id6569244926) |
| [Booking page languages](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#languages) | **Yes** — English, Slovak, Czech and Vietnamese, set per business. What your customers read and what you read in the dashboard are separate settings. | **Partly** — The website and widget come in more than 20 languages, including Czech, German and English, with eight more added in March 2025, and customers can switch language while booking. Slovak and Vietnamese are not in the help centre's lists. The pricing page puts 'Localization 5 languages' in the Unlimited column without saying what other plans get. [source](https://support.easyweek.io/hc/en-us/articles/20357281086609-Website-and-widget-localizations) |
| [Your business's time zone, shown correctly](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#timezones) | **Yes** — Every time is shown in the business's own zone, including on your dashboard. A customer in another zone sees both clocks before they confirm. | **Yes** — Online booking can switch time zone automatically, to the location's zone or the customer's position, and it can be set by hand. Message templates carry time-zone-aware timestamps. [source](https://support.easyweek.io/hc/en-us/articles/4684615488657-Awesome-spring-2022-updates) |
| [Branding](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#branding) | **Partly** — Your logo, a second logo for dark backgrounds, a logo that links back to your own website, your brand colour with a contrast check, and a banner strip. No custom CSS and no custom domain. | **Partly** — Widget colours from a palette or a HEX code, an accent colour and a background pattern; a website editor for colours, photos and blocks, a logo and icon, and page titles for search; your own domain by CNAME. No custom CSS is documented, and neither is removing EasyWeek's own branding. [source](https://support.easyweek.io/hc/en-us/articles/4420576874641-Widget-as-a-crucial-component) |
| [Dark mode on the booking page](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#dark-mode) | **Yes** — The hosted page follows the customer's device. The embedded widget stays light on purpose, so it matches the website it sits in. | **Not published** — No article describes a dark theme for the website or the widget; the appearance settings list colours and background patterns only. |
| [Book buttons on Google, Instagram and Facebook](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#social-booking) | **No** — No Reserve with Google or Instagram integration. Your booking link goes in your Google profile, your bio or a post like any link. | **Partly** — Reserve with Google from Google Maps, limited to businesses in Google's beauty category, paid services over 15 minutes and 30 days of open slots; an appointment link on the Google Business Profile; links for the Instagram bio and stories; a link in the Facebook page's website field rather than a Book button; TikTok. An automated win-back sequence for customers who drift away, and promotions shown on the booking page, are included add-ons. | **Partly** — Customer segments by filter, exported to a spreadsheet; automations for repeat-booking reminders, review requests and delayed thank-you messages; the app listing says targeted campaigns can be sent from the system. ## [Where EasyWeek is stronger](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#strengths)

- **[A full back office in the same product](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#strength-a-full-back-office-in-the-same-product)** — A point of sale with invoices, refunds and tax, product stock, finance with a profit-and-loss view, and payroll with commission schemes by percentage, fixed amount, hour, shift or product sales. Bookodile has none of these; a walk-in is a booking, and the payment-tracking add-on records what you were paid.
- **[It takes your customers' money](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#strength-it-takes-your-customers-money)** — Prepayment through the widget via Stripe, payment links, and a till that takes cash, QR, link and gift-card payments, from the Solo plan up. Bookodile does not process payments or take deposits.
- **[A marketplace, a consumer app and native apps for the team](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#strength-a-marketplace-a-consumer-app-and-native-apps-for-the-team)** — Every EasyWeek business is listed for free in its catalog and consumer app, and the team gets iOS and Android apps on the free plan. Bookodile has no marketplace, no consumer app and no native app; its dashboard is a web app that installs to a phone's home screen.
- **[Text, WhatsApp and Telegram reminders, and Reserve with Google](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#strength-text-whatsapp-and-telegram-reminders-and-reserve-with-google)** — Reminders go out by text, WhatsApp, Telegram, email and push, and customers confirm or cancel by replying; Reserve with Google takes bookings from Maps for businesses in Google's beauty category. Bookodile reminds by email only, has text messages built but not switched on, and has no Reserve with Google.
- **[A website, your own domain, an API and an import](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#strength-a-website-your-own-domain-an-api-and-an-import)** — A free website at your-name.easyweek.io with a custom domain, a public REST API, webhooks, Zapier and Make, and customer import from a spreadsheet. Bookodile's booking page lives on bookodile.com, and it has no custom domain, no import tool and no public API.
- **[More than twenty booking-page languages](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#strength-more-than-twenty-booking-page-languages)** — Including Czech, German and English, with eight more added in 2025 and a language picker while booking. Bookodile has four: English, Slovak, Czech and Vietnamese.
- **[A flat price for a team of five](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#strength-a-flat-price-for-a-team-of-five)** — Basic is free for any number of team members at 30 bookings a month, Solo is one flat price for one user, and Professional one flat price for up to five, however busy they are. Bookodile's bill grows with each spot that takes a booking, so compare the two for your own headcount before anything else on this page.

## Notes for anyone selling Bookodile

These are the claims not to make against EasyWeek, because they are not true:

- Do not say EasyWeek has no waiting list, no dark mode, or no price or duration per team member. Its help centre is silent on all four, which is not the same as absent.
- Do not say EasyWeek cannot book two services with two team members for a customer. Staff can do it in the admin calendar; the widget and per-stage blocking are undocumented, not disproven.
- Do not claim Bookodile is cheaper than EasyWeek for one person or for five. Basic is free for any headcount at 30 bookings a month, and Solo and Professional are flat prices. Sell the capability, not the bill.
- Do not quote a card-processing rate for EasyWeek. None is published; its page says fees depend on the provider, your bank or your plan.
- Do not quote EasyWeek prices in dollars or koruna. No vendor page publishes either; the dollar figures in circulation are third-party listings, and the Czech site prices in euros.
- Do not say EasyWeek has no Slovak booking page. Slovak is not in its help-centre language lists, but a vendor-supplied list on a review site includes it.
- Do not quote customer counts as fact. EasyWeek's own site says 5,000+ businesses and its consumer app listing says 35,000+ professionals; the two are not the same figure.
- Do not imply Bookodile takes payments, sells gift cards online, sends text messages, has an app, a marketplace, a custom domain, an import tool or an API. EasyWeek has all of these; Bookodile does not.

## [Common questions](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#faq)

**[Is EasyWeek really free?](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#faq-is-easyweek-really-free)**

Yes, with a cap. The Basic plan allows 30 bookings a month with no limit on team members, services or customers, and includes the website, the widget, reviews and the apps. Online payments, a cancellation policy, text reminders and analytics start at Solo. Bookodile is also free, at one location with up to two active booking spots and 40 bookings a month, with every add-on included.

**[Can I move my customers from EasyWeek to Bookodile?](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#faq-can-i-move-my-customers-from-easyweek-to-bookodile)**

EasyWeek exports a customer segment to a spreadsheet. Bookodile does not yet import one. Customers are created automatically the first time they book, so the list rebuilds itself as regulars return, and your team can add anyone by hand in the meantime.

**[Does Bookodile take payments, prepayment or gift-card sales like EasyWeek?](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#faq-does-bookodile-take-payments-prepayment-or-gift-card-sales-like-easyweek)**

No. Bookodile does not process payments, take prepayment or sell gift vouchers online. Payment stays between you and your customer, however you already handle it, and the payment-tracking add-on records what arrived. Vouchers are issued by you rather than sold on the page.

**[Which languages can my customers book in?](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#faq-which-languages-can-my-customers-book-in)**

EasyWeek's website and widget come in more than 20 languages, including Czech, German and English; Slovak is not in its help-centre lists, and Vietnamese appears nowhere. Bookodile offers English, Slovak, Czech and Vietnamese, set per business, separately from the language you read your dashboard in.

**[What happens to my EasyWeek website, catalog listing and Reserve with Google?](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#faq-what-happens-to-my-easyweek-website-catalog-listing-and-reserve-with-google)**

They are EasyWeek's; Bookodile has no marketplace, no Reserve with Google and no custom domain. Your booking page becomes bookodile.com/book/your-business, and every place the old link lives — your Google Business Profile, your bio, your own site — gets the new one. Bookodile generates a QR code for print.

**[How does the pricing compare for a team of five?](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#faq-how-does-the-pricing-compare-for-a-team-of-five)**

On EasyWeek, five users fit the Professional plan at €24.99 a month, or less paid yearly or for two years, however many bookings they take. On Bookodile, five people each taking their own bookings are five booking spots, which is above the free tier; the figure for your country is on the pricing page. If two of them take turns at one station, that is four spots.

## Who EasyWeek is for

EasyWeek is a German booking system that has grown into a small back office:
a booking website and widget, a calendar, a point of sale, stock, payroll,
gift cards and a consumer catalog, in one workspace. Its solution pages cover
a dozen service sectors, its help centre is in English, Russian and
Ukrainian, and its localised sites cover most of Central and Western Europe —
but there is no Slovak or Vietnamese site. Prices are in euros wherever you
sign up.

Bookodile is narrower on purpose. It is for a business where the people are
not interchangeable, where one visit can involve two people, and where the
booking is the job — payment, stock and pay stay with whatever you already
use. Those are the rows on this page where the two products differ most.

## The pricing model, in practice

EasyWeek charges per workspace, by user count. Basic is free and allows 30
bookings a month with any number of users. Solo covers one user at €12.50 a
month, Professional up to five at €24.99, and Unlimited any number at €49.90;
each is cheaper per month paid yearly or for two years, and the first month
is half price. The Czech site shows these euro prices with no koruna option;
the Polish site shows złoty converted at the day's rate but charges in euros.
Text, WhatsApp, Stripe and PayPal fees are on top of the plan.

Two things on the page are worth reading twice. The trial is 14 days without
a card and, the page says, ends without auto-continuation — but the FAQ
further down says you are switched to the paid plan you chose when it ends.
And a 2024 help-centre article announcing the plans lists lower yearly and
two-year prices than the pages show today, and no Solo plan.

Bookodile charges per location plus per booking spot that actually took a
booking that month. People who take no bookings are not counted, and several
people taking turns at one station are one spot. The figures for your country
are on [the pricing page](/pricing) and the model is explained in
[What Bookodile costs](/docs/what-bookodile-costs).

Which is cheaper depends on the headcount. One user, or a team of five that
wants what Professional includes, pays one flat price on EasyWeek. The case
for Bookodile is what the rows below describe, not the bill.

## Two services, two people

EasyWeek documents this from the staff side. Its guide to creating a booking
says that if several services are planned for one visit, staff can add
another "for the same or a different worker" with *+ Add another service*,
and the calendar can show such a booking as one card or as separate ones. The
2021 release notes that introduced it describe several services for different
performers in one appointment, and a 2022 note adds a tool to copy or move
the whole set across team members. A separate feature, *Collective
performance*, attaches several team members and resources to one service at
the same time — that is simultaneous work, not a sequence.

What the articles do not say is whether the second service starts when the
first ends, whether each team member's calendar is blocked only for their own
stage, or whether a customer can pick two services with two team members in
the standard widget. The widget article describes choosing a location, a
service, a team member and a time slot, and the separate Unit widget lets a
customer take several slots in one booking. This page does not guess the
rest.

In Bookodile the same thing is a combo service: one service with one person
and a second with another, as stages of one booking. Each stage carries its
own team member, its own duration and its own room if it needs one, and each
person is blocked only for their stage. The customer books once and receives
one confirmation.

## Switching from EasyWeek

- **Customers.** EasyWeek exports a customer segment to a spreadsheet.
Bookodile has no import tool yet; customers are created the first time
they book, and your team can add anyone by hand.
- **Bookings.** EasyWeek's exports are reports to Excel or PDF. Bookodile
does not import bookings; run the two side by side until the EasyWeek
calendar empties out, then switch the link. Export before you cancel:
EasyWeek's pricing FAQ says data is kept for 30 days after cancellation.
- **Your website and booking link.** The your-name.easyweek.io site and any
custom domain pointed at it are EasyWeek's. Bookodile gives you
bookodile.com/book/your-business with no custom domain; every place the old
link lives gets the new one, and Bookodile generates a QR code for the
  counter.
- **The catalog, the consumer app and Reserve with Google.** All three are
EasyWeek channels with no Bookodile equivalent. Your Google Business
Profile can still carry the booking link as its appointment link.
- **Payments, gift cards, stock and payroll.** If you run these through
EasyWeek, you need a separate way to do them. Bookodile records payments
and issues vouchers; it does not take money, sell gift cards online, count
  stock or pay staff.
- **Text and WhatsApp reminders.** Bookodile reminds by email. Text messages
are built but not switched on.

## Where each one fits

Choose EasyWeek if you want the point of sale, stock and payroll in the same
product as the calendar, card payments and prepayment inside the booking,
text or WhatsApp reminders, a website on your own domain, a listing in a
marketplace, an API, or a booking page in a language Bookodile does not have.

Choose Bookodile if your people are priced or timed differently, if one
visit can involve two people each blocked for their own part, if you want
roles you define and a waiting list that offers a cancelled slot by itself,
if every feature should be on a free account, or if your customers read
Slovak or Vietnamese.
